Beate is a visiting scholar. She is an Associate Professor of Stem Cell Biology from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Trained as neurologist and stem cell biologist, she is trying to learn to integrate computational biology in iPSC based disease modeling of hereditary spastic paraplegia and Parkinson‘s disease
