Summary

Tiffany Yujing Liang received her B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Bioinformatics from UCSD in 2005. She worked closely with Gene Yeo at the Salk Institute, prior to moving to UCSD with the lab. Her work involves both computational and biological aspects of: Optimizing UV-crosslinking Immuno-precipitation (CLIP-seq); analysis of alternative splicing utilizing Affymetrix exon-array and RNA-seq data; and cell culture experiments.
